§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELI cannot anticipate the proposals of the Bill further than to say that it is intended to retain the services of the officials of the local assessment committees in the consideration of valuation lists for local purposes, but both the constitution and the functions of the committees will be subject to amendment.
