asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will give the Return for the year 1913–14 of Increment Value Duty, Reversion Duty, and Undeveloped Land Duty, respectively, and state the sum in such Return which represent arrears of Undeveloped Land Duty?

The amounts paid into the Exchequer in the year 1913–14 are as follows:—

Increment Value Duty 31,000
Reversion Duty 80,000
Undeveloped Land Duty 275,000

Of the last sum, approximately, £200,000 was paid in respect of assessments for years prior to 1913–1914.
