asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in view? of the representations made by the Secretary of State for War and the Post master-General, and of the expressed opinions of various Members of Parliament that if legislation is necessary to make good the claim that K Company service shall count towards civil superannuation it ought to be passed, he can now recommend legislation to deal with the matter?
