asked the Prime Minister when the Committee to consider what steps can be taken to regularise the demand for labour is to be appointed, and whether he will have regard to the desirability of the Committee getting to work without delay?

The Committee has been appointed, and I have no doubt will begin its inquiries immediately. Mr. Alden has consented to act as Chairman.
