HC Deb 01 May 1914 vol 61 cc2004-5W
Mr. GRANT

asked the President of the Board of Education if the expenses in- curred by the three members of his advisory board who have been visiting art schools in Birmingham are defrayed out of public funds; and, if so, out of which Vote?

Mr. J. A. PEASE

Treasury authority was given for the official expenses of the Committee when it was appointed, and these expenses are chargeable to Head A3 of the Board of Education Votes. No expenses have yet been applied for by these gentlemen, but if application is made it will be considered in the ordinary way.
