§ Mr. RICHARDSasked the President of the Board of Trade whether it has been brought to his notice that the deputy-coroner for Monmouthshire sent a letter to the Bedwellty Urban District Council, stating that a bridge passing under the Brecon and Merthyr Railway, at Fleur-de-Lys, had been described by witnesses, at an inquest held by him upon the body of a child killed by a runaway horse at this spot, as being a veritable death-trap; and whether, seeing that the district council appear to be disinclined to take any action in the matter, he will take the necessary steps to get the railway company to remove this source of danger?
