Mr. LAMBERTProvision has been made in Navy Estimates (Vote 10), 1914–15, for commencing the construction of a ferro-concrete viaduct to connect Haulbowline with Paddy's Block. The work will be commenced as early as practicable in the new financial year 1914–15.
