Yarrows, Weirs and Company, and Arrol and Company, were alleged to have given bribes to obtain contracts, and the Court acted on the evidence to that effect; and whether, before any Admiralty contracts are given to any of these firms, the allegations 1581W against them will be considered in the light of a full report of the recent trial in Tokio?
