§ Mr. HUGH LAWasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether the Board of Works have received a resolution passed by the Donegal County Council some six weeks ago requesting that the improvement of Burtonport Harbour should be taken in hand without further delay; and whether, seeing that the county council have agreed to all the requirements of the Development Commission in this matter, he can say when the necessary works will be begun?
§ Mr. MONTAGUI understand that the resolution has been received, but that there are some points connected with the financial conditions of the Grant which are not yet finally settled. In the meantime the plans and specifications for the works are being proceeded with.
