§ Mr. BIRRELLNo application for reinstatement has been received by the Estates Commissioners from the person referred to. An application which has been received from Mary Moriarty for reinstatement in a holding in the townland of Garfiny on the Ventry estate, county Kerry has been inquired into, and the Commissioners have noted her name for consideration in the allotment of such untenanted land as they may acquire.
