Mr. F. HALL (Dulwich)asked the First Lord of the Admiralty if he has any official information showing that the German Government proposes to introduce in 1932W the autumn a new Naval Bill to provide for the laying down of a number of new battle cruisers, and for the acceleration of the present naval programme; and, if so, whether such a step, if taken, would affect the Admiralty's present policy?
