Member for St. George's-in-the-East, as representing the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, whether he is aware that the deficiency on the administration account of the Kincardineshire County Insurance Committee for the eighteen months ending 11th January, 1914, amounted to £109 10s. 11d., and that the apparent deficiency for the year 1914–15 will be over £125; and if he can now announce to the House whether any arrangement has been arrived at whereby all county insurance committees in Scotland will be provided with sufficient funds for administrative purposes?
