§ Captain NORTONCertain recommendations of the Holt Committee are still under discussion with the Treasury, and I 1975W regret that it is not possible at the present time to furnish the hon. Member with the particulars for which he asks. I can, however, assure him that there is no intention of providing for increases of pay by the process he suggests.
