HC Deb 24 February 1914 vol 58 cc1608-9W
Sir JOHN DEWAR

asked the Secretary for Scotland if he has considered the Report of Mr. Anderson in regard to the condition of the inhabitants of the Island of Scarp, Harris; and if he proposes to take any measures to give effect to the recommendation in the Report?

Mr. McKINNON WOOD

Mr. Anderson's inquiry was in connection with distress in Scarp caused by want of seed oats and potatoes for the Spring of 1913, and the Board took measures to relieve that want.
