asked the Chief Secretary for Ireland for the number of principal teachers, male and female, assistant teachers, male and female, and junior assistant mistresses for each county in Ireland?

The following table shows the numbers of principal and assistant teachers and junior assistant mistresses, receiving personal salaries, in the service of the Commissioners of National Education on 31st December, 1912. The figures for 1913 will not be available for some time:—
