Mr. TYSON WILSONasked the First Lord of the Admiralty if he is aware that the firm of Morrison and Mason, who are carrying out dock extension works at Portsmouth Dockyard, are paying the labourers employed by them on that work from 2s. to 3s. per week less than the recognised rate of wage of the district; and whether he will take steps to compel that firm to observe the provisions of the Fair-Wages Clause?
