§ Mr. DAVID MASONasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the oath which the right hon. Gentleman the senior Member for Dublin University has taken as a Member of this House, and more particularly as a Member of His Majesty's Privy Council, to assist and defend all jurisdictions, pre-eminences, and authorities granted unto His Majesty and annexed to the Crown by Acts of Parliament or otherwise, and of recent speeches in which he has definitely incited certain persons under the authority of this Parliament to disobey certain Acts of Parliament 1367W when they become law, he will say whether he proposes to take any and, if any, what action in the matter?
