HC Deb 27 April 1914 vol 61 c1375W
Mr. AUBREY HERBERT

asked the Secretary for Foreign Affairs if he has any official information showing that thirty families from the village of Rapsha have been taken prisoners, and that some of their women and children have been killed by Montenegrin troops?

Mr. ACLAND

I have received no information to that effect.

Mr. AUBREY HERBERT

asked the Secretary for Foreign Affairs if he will, in view of the past outrages, use his influence to protect the people on the Albanian frontier against the aggression of the Montenegrin troops?

Mr. ACLAND

This question will be answered by the answer to question 66.

Mr. AUBREY HERBERT

asked whether the War Office has had any information from the British commander of the troops at Scutari relating to aggressive military movements of the Montenegrin troops upon the Albanian frontier?

Mr. ACLAND

The Montenegrin Government are occupying Hoti and Gruda as far as the boundary fixed by the Ambassadors' conference in London. There is, I hope, no question of aggressive movements beyond this line.
