Mr. BIRR ELLAccording to the abstracts of accounts received by the Local Government Board, the balances at the close of the financial year ended 31st1124W March, 1913, for the several local authorities named were as follows:—
Undischarged liabilities have been taken into account in arriving at the union and district council balances. The figures for the year ended 31st March, 1914, are not yet available.
