§ Mr. CLANCYasked the Chief Secretary whether his attention has been directed to the dispute between the members of the Dublin Typographical Provident Society and the Dublin master printers; whether no improvement in the rate of wages or in the number of working hours has taken place in the case of the Dublin printing trade for almost a quarter of a century, while the cost of living has increased enormously; whether the present demands of the workers are of the most modest character and yet have been refused; and whether he will make inquiry into this subject and endeavour to bring this dispute to an amicable conclusion?
§ Mr. BURNSMy right hon. Friend has asked me to reply to this question. I understand that this dispute is now settled.
