§ Mr. BIRRELLBefore the Second Reading of the Intermediate Education (Ireland) Bill I shall lay on the Table a draft of the proposed scheme for the distribution of the Grant of £40,000. It is intended that this scheme shall be carried into effect by rules under Clause 3 of the Bill.
