Pursell, of Deptford, S.E., who at the Greenwich Police Court made a declaration of conscientious objection to the vaccination of his child, but the posting of the form to the vaccination officer within the limit of seven days was accidentally overlooked; and whether, under such circumstances, it is proposed to arrest proceedings?
