§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELThe greatest proportional increase of population between 1901 and 1911 was in the administrative county of Middlesex, and the greatest proportional decrease in the administrative county of Merioneth. In six counties the proportional increase exceeded 20 per cent., as follows:—
