§ Mr. MASTERMANThe amount of the contributions in respect of exempt persons cannot be ascertained until all the first quarter's exemption cards have been returned and scheduled. Section 4 (4) of the Act provides that these contributions may be applied for the benefit of the persons in respect of whom they have been paid in the event of their subsequently becoming employed contributors.
