Mr. EDMUND HARVEYasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether, in view of the public importance of the case, he can make arrangements for full notes of the action now pending in the courts of British East Africa between the Masai tribe and the Attorney-General and others to be taken and published, whether in a White Paper or otherwise?
Mr. HARCOURTI regret that I am unable to adopt my hon. Friend's suggestion, as I do not see sufficient ground for going beyond the ordinary practice of the court. I have no doubt that I shall be supplied by the Governor with an adequate report of the proceedings.
