§ Colonel SEELYAn offer has been made by the local authorities for the sale of a building in Perth to the War Department. The proposal is being considered with regard to the cost and the advantages that may be gained by its acquisition. The offices affected would appear to be those of the headquarters of the Territorial Highland Division, the No. 1 District and Records, and District Paymaster's, and the Royal Engineers and Army Service Corps.
