asked the President of the Board of Education the number of scholars of various ages on the school registers for 1911–12, in continuation of Table 3 of the Statistics of Public Education (Cd. 6338, of 1912); and when the new volume of statistics will be published?

The following is the number of scholars of various ages on the school registers of the public and other elementary schools for the statistical year (ending 31st July) 1911–12:—
