§ Mr. PERKINSasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether members of friendly societies, who were unable to become insured persons under the National Insurance Act by reason of age or infirmity, will have to pay increased contributions for medical attendance and treatment under Section 15 (2) (e); and whether he is prepared to ask Parliament to provide for the extra cost, if any, of such medical benefits?
