Mr. McKINNON WOODSection 33 (1) of the Act of 1911 provides that the register shall include small holdings, whether held by landholders or statutory small tenants or not, throughout Scotland. The term "small holding" is defined in Section 33 (2) of the Act. The answer to the last part of the question is in the negative.
