§ Mr. SCANLANasked the Chief Secretary when the Congested Districts Board will begin operations for the improvement of the holdings on that portion of the Palmer estate situated in the parish of 1216W Easky, county Sligo, and which was acquired by the Board about three years ago?
§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Congested Districts Board will commence dealing with the estate referred to as promptly as their resources and staff permit. There are many parts of the estate where the holdings need rearrangement and where no work can therefore be commenced pending the vesting of the estate in the Board, which is not expected to take place for some months.
