BERESFORDasked the Secretary of State for War whether he will grant permission for the circular referring to the annual dinner of the Old Comrades' Association of the East Lancashire Regiment to be enclosed with the pension notice papers which are sent out from the depôt at Preston at the end of March, the same as in previous years; and whether he is aware that if this privilege is stopped it may mean the end of this association?
