§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Congested Districts Board recently decided that they would not undertake the work of improving the landing place at Newbridge (Rath- mullen), having regard to the large expenditure now being arranged for harbour works in Lough Swilly. In the circumstances the Board did not consider it necessary to have an inspection made as had been previously intended.
