§ Mr. MASTERMANWith regard to the first three parts of the question, I would refer the hon. Member to the 'answer I gave to the hon. Member for Stoke on the 10th instant. Payments in respect of the Grant are only made when the association has satisfied the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries, by accounts and otherwise, that the conditions attached to the Grant are being fulfilled.
