§ Dr. MACNAMARAThirty-two skilled labourers were entered for work as drillers and riveters. These men have been paid at the rate of 23s., the probationary rate for skilled labourers. It is within the competence of the local officers to increase1236W that rate as soon as they are satisfied as to the efficiency of the men concerned.
