§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELThe town sub-office in question has been closed since 2nd May, in the circumstances stated by the hon. Member. There are four offices within two-thirds of a mile of the premises, and in view of the comparatively small amount of business formerly transacted at 319, Southwark Park Road, it does not appear that the reopening of the office is necessary.
