Mr. RICHIARDSasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether his attention has been called, by the Abertillery and 47W District Water Board, to the amount of contributions paid by them under Part I. and Part II. of the National Insurance Act, 1911, on account of casual labour employed by them in the construction of their waterworks; and whether he will insert in the proposed National Insurance Act Amending Bill a provision for making graduated payments according to the actual time worked?
