§ Mr. LEWIS HASLAMasked the President of the Board of Agriculture whether a settlement has been arrived at with regard to the disputed claim as to the Crown rights, which are in charge of the Office of Woods and Forests, in respect of the foreshore of the River Usk; and, if not settled, whether, in view of the loss and inconvenience occasioned by the delay, the Commissioner of Woods and Forests and Land Revenues will endeavour to arrive at a settlement of the question?
§ Mr. RUNCIMANA settlement has not yet been arrived at with regard to the Crown's rights, in charge of the Commissioners of Woods and Forests, in the foreshore of the River Usk. A scheme of settlement was suggested by the Commissioners, but was not accepted, and the matter is now receiving further consideration.
