§ Mr. ASTORasked the Postmaster-General whether he has received a copy of a resolution passed by the Association of Chambers of Commerce regretting that no steps have yet been taken by the Post Office to have the underground telegraph cable extended from Edinburgh to Dundee and Aberdeen, and urging upon His Majesty's Government the necessity of having this improvement carried out with as little delay as possible; and whether it is proposed to take any action in the matter?
