§ Colonel SEELYThe numbers of conversions to Reserve service to which the hon. and gallant Gentleman refers amounted during the months in question to 314 in the Cavalry, and 2,468 in the Infantry at home. On the 1st October, 1912, the Cavalry at home were. 142 over establishment, and the Infantry 3,211 below establishment.
