§ Mr. T. W. RUSSELLOne acre of tobacco has been planted in Ulster this season in connection with the experiments conducted under the supervision of the Department. The Department are not aware of any new regulations regarding the cultivation of tobacco which will affect specially the growing of this crop in Ulster.
