§ Mr. GREENEasked the Postmaster-General whether he could see his way to make some alteration in the Post Office Money Order Regulations so that it may no longer be possible for a dishonest person to send a money order to a firm, receive goods in return, wait until the money order is paid into the firm's bank, then stop payment of the money order and receive the money back from the Post Office?
