§ Mr. THOMASasked the President of the Board of Trade whether, having regard to the importance of the Industrial and Provident Societies (Amendment) Bill now before the House, he will give facilities for this Bill to be passed during the present Session and so give effect to what is looked upon as a vital interest to hundreds of thousands of the workers of this country?
