BATHURSTasked the Secretary to the Treasury whether the Development Commissioners and the Road Board, or either of them, have under Section 2 (3) of the Development and Road Improvement Funds Act., 1910, made, a, scheme providing for the superannuation or other allowances or gratuities for their employés; and whether any such allowances or gratuities have as yet been paid out of the Development Fund or the Road Improvement Fund under any such scheme?
