HC Deb 03 July 1913 vol 54 c2206W
Mr. DOUGLAS HALL

asked the Prime. Minister whether he will grant a day, or a part of a day, to enable the House to consider the Report of the Departmental Committee on Boats and Davits?

The PRIME MINISTER

The valuable Report of the Boats and Davits Committee is being most carefully considered by my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade. I do not think that any advantage would be gained by devoting special Parliamentary time to the discussion of the Report; especially as any matters connected with it can be discussed on the Board of Trade Tote when it comes on.
