§ Mr. CROOKSasked the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether his attention has been called to the fact that a workman in the Royal Arsenal, Woolwich, who receives a compensation allowance, has been refused sick pay under the National Insurance Act, although the weekly allowance is an old arrangement, thus depriving the man of 10s. a week, the understanding being that in such cases the men should not be at any loss and that the Department would pay if the Insurance Commissioners refused; and whether he proposes to take any action in the matter?
