Mr. TYSON WILSONasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has yet come to a decision upon the recommendations of the Departmental Committee on the Constitution of the Isle of Man; and, if so, whether he will state what his decision is?
§ Mr. McKENNAI had hoped that a decision would be reached before the close of 1912, but this was not found possible, and the important recommendations of the Committee are still under the consideration both of my Department and the Treasury.
