§ Mr. FRANCIS MEEHANasked whether the Estates Commissioners received a memorial signed by the tenants on the Montgomery, Hamilton, Johnston, Towns-end, and Massey estates, county Leitrim, pointing out the losses, hardships, and inconveniences they suffer for want of a road leading through these estates to the neighbouring towns of Drumkeerin and Dowra; and whether the Commissioners would favourably consider their memorial and make the road or give a Grant-in-Aid of the same?
