§ Mr. RUNCIMANThe lease to the Royal Botanic Society is for a term of thirty one years, expiring on the 5th April, 1932, at a rent of £450 per annum. The area leased is 18 acres 1 rood 22 poles. The land used by the Toxophilite Society is held on a yearly tenancy at a rent of £200 per annum. The area is about 6 acres 2 roods.
