§ Mr. HAROLD BAKERThe Secretary of State has not received a final report on the case. Mr. Weston and the two police officers who were defendants in the civil suit have in consequence of the judgment on appeal been granted retrospectively such promotion, acting or substantive, as would have accrued to them but for the original judgment of the High Court.
