§ Mr. BIRRELLThe medical officer of health at Milford has been asked by the Local Government Board to furnish a report on the condition of this graveyard, and on receipt of his reply the Board will be in a position to consider the advisability of addressing the Kanturk Rural District Council, in whom, as would appear from the Report of the Commissioners of Church Temporalities in Ireland, the burial ground would seem to be vested?
